APH offers second to none detailing services in a variety of cost effective packages. Since 2016 APH has been meeting the needs of many residents in Steuben County and the Tri-State area. We are a locally owned and operated, fully licensed, and insured LLC.

When it comes to transporting, you can count on APH to take care of your needs, our careful handling of your watercraft is our top priority.
Contact us for Spring installation, Fall Removal, Buy/Sell, Service Appointments, Scrap Removal, Non-emergency towing available.
APH is the original and only Affordable Pontoon UBER* service in Steuben County and the Tri-State area. Same day delivery and return service for your pontoon is commonly available. It's our hope this service is something you find interest in. We look forward to working with you!! APH is your full service partner. If you would like to spend a day (or week) on another lake of your choosing.
HERE'S HOW Affordable Pontoon UBER* WORKS
Call or email APH a minimum of 3 days in advance and request the service including pickup and delivery locations and times.
We will give you a free estimated cost, discuss payment options, confirm your appointment date, time, scheduled pick-up location, and delivery location. Sign and date our hold harmless agreement and return it PRIOR to OR the date of your pickup (no HHA, no pick-up)
We will arrive at our predetermined location to load your watercraft, (please arrange for a ride to pick you up at our meeting location) Bring anything you can fit in our truck that you want to be available the day of your service. EXEPTIONS: Alcohol not in coolers, pets, explosives-fireworks, valuables over $100. APH is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
APH will meet you at the agreed location, your watercraft will be fully loaded with your personal items and docked, awaiting your arrival. (we begin charging after 15 minutes for late arrivals)
Bring your friends and your carry on belongings for the day.
HAVE FUN IN THE SUN!!! :)
When your day is done APH will meet you at our agreed time and location. We'll be waiting for you. Simply unload your personal belongings and we will return your pontoon back to you, safe and sound.

Owner/Operator
Ray has the passion and drive to integrate customer service fundamentals into everything APH sets out to do. As the founder and leader of the team Ray created Affordable Pontoon Hauling LLC out of the basic need to help his community and friends, along the way neighbors referred customers, the customer base has grown and APH has added services and equipment to grow the business every year since 2016. In the fall of 2020 APH acquired a client list on Clear Lake including winterization, and multiple storage locations. Additionally Ray has worked with and helped countless customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Financial Manager
Since joining Affordable Pontoon Hauling LLC, Chrissy has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. Her exceptional skill set, true passion for customer service and creativity has inspired APH's growth.

How do I get pricing from APH on service I require?
This is your FAQ Answer. APH provides free estimates, most generally APH can answer pricing questions over the phone or in a picture text, however sometimes it's necessary for APH to come on-site to evaluate a given condition. This service is provided free of charge.
Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
This is your FAQ Answer. We always put our best foot forward when giving estimates. Our prices reflect our highest level of service, we don't cut corners to cut cost. APH aims to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
Do you have a customer referral program?
This is your FAQ Answer. Absolutely, APH encourages every customer to give us feedback through a REVIEW on our Google business site or Facebook page. Feel free to ask APH for references and we'll put you in touch with customer(s) who have experienced a specific service relating to your interests.
What are my payment options? What if my appointment gets canceled? (by either party)
This is your FAQ Answer. APH accepts the following forms of payment. Cash, Cash App, GooglePay, Venmo, and PayPal, we simply ask that you make payment at least 1hour prior to your scheduled appointment for electronic pay (please add 3% additional for the convenience of using PayPal). If your appointment is canceled for any reason APH will refund your payment in full.
